About the works:

Jesper Pedersen, Páll Ivan frá Eiðum, Guðmundur Steinn Gunnarsson - The Icelandic Goat - The Musical!
Goats are made to be operatic creatures in a musical. There once was a goat that invented Iceland but Icelandic people don't know - they almost forgot the goat. A few years ago nearly all of the ancient Icelandic goats died because they were so neglected by the Icelandic people who were getting more and more into veganism unfortunately for the goat as its survival in Iceland depends entirely on people's interest in it. Therefore this operatic game show musical is a fundamental enterprise venture in order to pursue the interests of the Icelandic goats and bring it back to the ancient mainstream of ethnological Icelandic folklore adventure tourism. It was believed that goats could swim in lava and eat ash. In the future climate change the goat will serve an enormous purpose in leading the way into the new millennium. The Icelandic goats have never travelled either and it is our sincere hope that more Icelandic goats might from now on be able to travel abroad and visit other countries through a mutual financial bond equity fund that we will start as a result of this operatic space adventure which is exploring space, time, sound in space, being and time as well as the inner and out goat - and don't forget your coat because we will be outside.

Mathias Monrad Møller - SUU_VENIR FRÅM DENNMARK
Suu_venir fråm Dennmark is a guided tasting of one of Denmark's finest delicacies: flæskesvær, or roasted pork rinds. Come with me to the green pastures, where happy piglets await to have their insides turned into sweet and savoury hot dogs, and their skin into crispy little bits!

NOTE: Participation in the performance is not suited for vegetarians or vegans, but is suitable for the gluten-free. Participation without ingestion of pork pieces is possible, though ingestion for your daily fix of Danishness is highly recommended.

Niels Lyhne Løkkegaard - Birdsongs
Birdsongs is a feedback study for parabolic microphones. Usually the parabolic microphone is used by birdwatchers to listen in on birds and they calls. However in Birdsongs the parabolic microphone is used as a feedback system, generating artificial birdlike sounds. In the middle of the 6th mass extinction and the increasing absence of birds and hence the sound of birds  - Birdsongs is a modern take on the HC Andersen fairy tale about the artificial Nightingale. In a quantum mechanical perspective Birdsongs deals with the observer effect; the theory that the mere observation of a phenomenon inevitably changes that phenomenon.
The notion of the "pure" nature in itself is changed by the mere presence of human beings (especially in the West)  bleeds and feeds back into everything that surrounds us. Birdsongs was commissioned by the Bloom festival - a Copenhagen based festival for science and art.
